From trade shows with interactive exhibits to a lecture series or presentation, Hyatt Regency Reston offers a wide array of venues to suit your event perfectly. Your meeting concierge will work with you to ensure a smooth handling of all your requirements, including a room set up exactly as you wish. 

To assist you in the success of your event, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat/AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical/microphone outlets, audio-visual equipment and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Meeting Concierge
In this age of electronic customer service there are some things that voice and e-mail can't replace. Like a real person at your side, whose single goal is making sure your event is a success. As a liaison between you and every department, your concierge will be a true resource who is always at your disposal. Best of all, from the verification of your meeting or group incentive requirements to pre-inspecting your meeting room until your last attendee departs, the Hyatt Meeting Concierge is a proactive partner - always thinking ahead to improve the atmosphere of your event.

Our Meeting Concierge will anticipate your needs and take care of all your requests - even last minute ones. From tracking down important packages or greeting VIP's, to assisting with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, expert help is always there whenever you need it. So you and your group can concentrate on what goes into the event, instead of what goes on around it.
Grand Ballroom
This spacious, 12,300 square foot ballroom provides a stunning backdrop for your largest gatherings.  With space for over 90 exhibit booths, and soaring 16-foot ceilings, this is the ideal arena for an industry trade show or company convention. Introducing a new product?  Choose a theater set-up for 1,400, or perhaps in a schoolroom set-up for over 750 attendees.  The Grand Ballroom can also separate into a series of smaller, more intimate spaces, ideal for breakout sessions or refreshment stations.  The adjoining Foyer works perfectly as a registration area, or to hold a pre-event continental breakfast.
Regency Ballroom
Select this elegant ballroom when you are hosting important life events or want to create an evening to remember. Celebrate a romantic wedding with a dinner for up to 350 guests, a specially-themed Sweet 16 or Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or a grand banquet for colleagues. State-of-the-art, built in rear projection makes it easy to set the mood with lights and visuals perfectly designed to complement your decor. In season, the magnificent adjoining Terrace is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails or dancing under the stars.
The Lake Rooms
Choose any of these flexible rooms to accommodate any number of set-ups.  Ranging in size from 1,560 to 760 square feet, these can be used in several configurations. Utilize them singly or in multiple combinations to lead training sessions, committee meetings or brainstorming sessions.  Bordering our beautiful, naturally lit conservatory, Lake Anna, Lake Fairfax, Lake Audubon and Lake Thoreau have capacities of 27 to 160 attendees.
Reston Suites
These five rooms were designed to inspire creative thinking for groups of varying sizes.  Choose a U-shape set-up for 15, a schoolroom for 84 or theater-style for 140. Adjoining rooms – Town Center, South Lakes, North Point, Tall Oaks and Hunter Woods - make it easy to select the style to perfectly suit your needs.
Boardrooms
A. Smith Bowman and Robert E Simon are two permanently set, classic boardrooms. Each can seat 12 at the elegant table, which is ideal for budget planning, senior staff meetings or a working lunch.
Pavilion
This unique, 5,000 square foot, glass enclosed Pavilion is the perfect spot to host an impressive outdoor seasonal event. Guest will enjoy unmatched views while enjoying the comfort of a temperature-controlled environment. Perfect for a spring bridal luncheon, or to celebrate a successful business venture.
