Overview

Hyatt Regency Reston offers a number of different ways for you to stay in shape during your stay. Guests can enjoy 24-hour complimentary access to our Health Club featuring state-of-the-art LifeFitness cardio equipment, including treadmills, recumbent and upright stationary bicycles, and elliptical machines.  All equipped with personal television. Our treadmills now feature media connections for iPod.

Circuit training equipment, free weights, kettle bells, Bosu and toning balls are also available to give you a total body workout.  Personal training and massage therapy are also available by appointment.

Please note:  The indoor heated pool, saunas and Roman spa are only available during the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Friday, 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Sun Deck: Seasonal
